Important Information
• Units must be mailed using a tracked shipping service.
• CBK is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit to or from our studio. Additional insurance is recommended.
• Please include your order number and contact information inside your package.
• Inspiration photos for styling may be emailed within 48 hours of purchase.
• Turnaround time is approximately 1–2 weeks after your unit arrives at our studio.
• This service is currently available for CBK units only.

How should I package my wig?
Please secure your unit inside a satin bag or protective packaging before placing it in a shipping box or mailer.
Can I request a specific style?
Yes! You’re welcome to send inspiration photos for your preferred finished look.
Will my wig look brand new again?
Our Refresh Service is designed to restore softness, movement, hydration, and overall appearance as much as possible depending on the condition of the unit.
Do you repair wigs during refresh services?
Minor touch-ups may be available separately. Contact us prior to shipping if your unit needs additional repair work.

10% restock fee on returns, and one time free exchange (shipping not included) with store credit that does not expire.
There are NO CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES on preorders or custom wigs after your payment has processed. Even if your order has not been shipped, or a second order was placed shortly thereafter, you will be charged to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee. Thank you for helping us keep our costs down for our customers!
