Human Hair Shipping and Returns

Please note, when you check out you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions, return policies and refunds. They must be agreed to, or you will not be able to proceed through checkout. See details below:

 

Shipping

  • Ready-to-Wear purchases will be shipped out 2-4 business days after purchase date, unless otherwise noted.
  • Pre-Orders will will be shipped out within 4-14 weeks depending on requests and wig type:  Medium and Light Density ship within 6-weeks, 110% Density hand-tied ship within 14-weeks.
  • Custom Orders will ship out once completed, usually within 6-14 weeks depending on customizations and wig type: Medium and Light Density ship within 8-weeks, 110% Density hand-tied ship within 14-weeks.
  • After the shipping label is created you will receive a tracking number to the email or phone number provided.
  • Receiver is responsible for any Duty Customs or Import charges.
  • All additional charges based on the receiver’s country are out of our control and are the sole responsibility of the receiver.
  •  If your package is lost in transit, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to contact the carrier you chose at checkout to locate the package.
  • It is highly recommended to purchase additional insurance for your package. Email us at thecollectionbykimberly@gmail.com to purchase additional package insurance. 
  • Kimberly’s Collection reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any time.
  • Once your package has left Collections by Kimberly, we are no longer responsible for delays or scan holdups. If you have scan/delay issues, please contact the carrier.

Terms & Conditions for Returns

CUSTOM WIGS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

How to initiate a return: 


We want you to love your new hair! If for whatever reason, you are not thrilled with your purchase, you must initiate your return by emailing us at hello@collectionsbykimberly.com w
ithin 3 (three) days of receiving your hairpiece.

  • Lace must be uncut - if lace is cut you will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sales items are not eligible for return, they can be exchanged for another item. 
  • The wig or topper must be in the same condition as you receive it in (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odors.)
  • Tag must still be intact. 
  •  Item(s) must be postmarked with tracking within 4 days of the order arrival date (the date the item arrived at your shipping address per carrier tracking).
  • You may use the courier of your choice by day 4 of receiving it in its original state, in the original box and with any or all accessories included.
