Human Hair Piece Shipping and Returns

Please note, when you check out you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions, return policies and refunds. They must be agreed to, or you will not be able to proceed through checkout. See details below:

 

Shipping

  • For ready to wear orders, please allow 2-5 business days for shipping once you’ve placed your order.
  • For custom orders or human hair pre-orders, please allow 6-8 weeks for shipping.
  • After the shipping label is created you will receive a tracking number to the email or phone number provided.
  • All packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  
  • Receiver is responsible for any Duty Customs or Import charges.
  • All additional charges based on the receiver’s country are out of our control and are the sole responsibility of the receiver.
  •  If your package is lost in transit, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to contact the carrier you chose at checkout to locate the package.
  • It is highly recommended to purchase additional insurance for your package. Email us at thecollectionbykimberly@gmail.com to purchase additional package insurance. 
  • Kimberly’s Collection reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any time.
  • Once your package has left Collections by Kimberly. We are no longer responsible for delays or scan holdups. If you have scan/delay issues, please contact USPS.

 

ALL RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER PASSES TO YOU ONCE WE SEND YOUR ORDER.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS MADE BY THE CARRIER.

 

Terms & Conditions for Returns

  • The wig or topper must be in the same condition as you receive it in (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odors.
  • Tag must still be intact. 
  •  Item(s) must be postmarked with tracking within 5 days of the order arrival date (the date the item arrived at your shipping address per USPS tracking).
  • You may use the courier of your choice by day 5 of receiving it in its original state, in the original box and with any or all accessories included.

Synthetic Hair Piece Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

  • FREE shipping on synthetic wigs within the USA on all orders using USPS Priority Mail Service. 
  • Please allow 7-14 days to process depending on availability.
  • If shipping to HA, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, please allow 10-12 business days. 
  • A tracking number will be sent to the email on file once your item has shipped.

 

 Shipping Delays

  • Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, inclement weather or carrier delays.
  • Many holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when estimating shipping times.

 

 

Synthetic Hair Piece Returns & Refunds

  • The synthetic wig must be in the same condition as you receive it in (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odors.
  • Tag must still be intact. 

 

To start a return please reach out via email to hello@collectionsbykimbelry.com or DM @kimberlys_collection on Instagram within the first 2-days, from the first day of receipt to initiate a return request or exchange. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
