I honestly cannot say enough good things about Kimberly. Navigating hair loss/wigs can feel incredibly overwhelming and emotional, and she made the entire experience feel so much more manageable and supported from start to finish.

From the beginning, she was unbelievably patient with my endless questions, sizing concerns, color indecision, and overall anxiety. She spent so much time helping guide me through options, offering honest feedback, and making me feel genuinely cared for — never rushed or pressured.

What stood out most to me was her kindness, flexibility, and level of customer care. She truly went above and beyond to help me find the right fit and feel confident in my decision. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about fit, density, alterations, styling, and all the little details that make such a huge difference when you’re new to wigs.

I've been wearing wigs for 5 years, and this is by far the best wig I have ever purchased. The hair is silky soft, the colour is to die for, the lace is completely invisible, and it fits me like a glove. I will never shop anywhere else for wigs!

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with my recent purchase of Dallas...everything from the way the cap fit, the quality and softness of the hair to the beautiful color...just amazing! One of the best wig purchases I've made and will definitely be purchasing again.

I never thought I would be someone who could pull off wearing a wig, nor did I want to. I thought they would look fake and be hot and itchy . After years of wearing extensions and being diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions, my hair was suffering and becoming more and more fragile. My hairdresser mentioned trying wigs and told me about Kimberly’s real human hair beautiful wigs. The moment I met Kimberly she made me feel at ease with this transition and after trying on a couple I was amazed at how beautiful I felt. I bought one that day and had so many compliments on how beautiful my hair was! I’m now a proud owner of two of her gorgeous wigs. I bought a darker one for fall/ winter and will wear the lighter one in the spring/ summer. If you are on the fence about wigs, don’t be. You will wonder why you waited so long . My natural hair is also doing much better not having hair extensions and allowing it to repair itself. Thank you Kimberly for everything you have done for me. These wigs are beautiful 💗

I love this human hair wig so much. I think it is even better than the Jon Renau that is almost 3 x as much. The color is perfect. I want to also share how incredible Kimberly is. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and truly just a gem. She cares so much about how you look and wants to be sure all your questions are answered. You can't go wrong.

Let me start this review off by saying I am not new to wigs. I have been wearing wigs full-time for almost 10 years. I have purchased many high quality wigs from $1,800 to $5,000.

I began a search for a new wig seller as my perfect wig (I was an Iwig girl) is so hard to get. I went to my go to sellers for a different type a wig but they would sale out before I could get one and I custom my color. Hence I stumbled on collections by Kimberly. I'm pretty good at eyeing some saavy hair. In my search I kept going back to her. I finally dove in and booked a consult. I attended the consult (which I was able to book for the next day) talked about my measurements, what I liked in my favorite cap. She made a recommendation. I accepted the recommendation and am I glad I did. I received my custom in my hands with in 15 days of my consult. I would have received it sooner but when she text me for an approval I added some more hair cutting. If I'm being honest I was not expecting the sheer perfection I pulled from the box. The color was spot on. I loved the lining in the cap it made my lace transition undetectable. My only disappointment was I couldn't wear it right out of the box. Not to the fault of the quality of the wig I still needed to cut it!!! I have worn this wig for 2 weeks every day for 10 hours a day. I do not have any complaints and expect this hair to last 2 years or more or more. It is silky soft, does not tangle during the day and I have not noticed any shedding. I always buy higher density because I feel like you get longer longevity. I can't believe my piece is med density. I am including a picture of willow that I chose with some custom coloring added. She did not cut this, I did it myself so don't judge the cut. The only thing I wish is she had pictures of her caps when I was browsing so I am including a picture of my cap. If you are on the fence DONT BE. From a seasoned human hair wig wearer you will not be disappointed. I am purchasing another very soon.

Collections by Kimberly are amazing! I have gotten so many compliments on my wigs, especially Bianca. Nobody can believe I am wearing a wig. I had a major health scare last year and my hair suffered from all the medications I was on. Kimberly has allowed me to live with confidence and a high self-esteem again. I couldn't imagine buying from anyone else. She is also so responsive if you happen to have any issues. Can't wait to buy my next one from her!

I am late on writing this review,but I am happy I waited to see how it looked after washing and styling. I can’t say enough about Kim and my new wig! I purchased a wig prior to this one and while there was some adjustment, I am now loving it also. The time she spent with me making sure that every detail was right, and explaining all the things I did not know was beyond anything I have ever experienced! I was so nervous making a purchase this siize without ever seeing it in person or ever meeting the seller .i am beyond thrilled that I took that leap! I actually can and have forgotten that I am even wearing it. If you are on the fence, just do it. The quality and the custom color could not have been more perfect. I already ordered another one so that I have a spare!

At 31 I've been struggling with hair shedding that just doesn't want to let up. After some research online I'm SO grateful to have found collectionsbykimberly. It has been so difficult to find a wig that looked like it had a natural looking hairline and was low density. Since I've always had thin hair, I knew I would only be comfortable in a lighter density wig IF I ever gave it a shot. Kimberly is so responsive and so helpful. Immediately she had a hair piece in mind that fit exactly what I was looking for. Samantha was easy to communicate with as well when it came time for the piece to be colored. Overall I'm extremely happy with the service and wig. It's hairline is beautiful and so realistic and the wig itself is of great quality. Thank you ladies so much for giving me some confidence back!

I had been looking at Kimberly‘s pieces for quite some time and finally broke down and bought one. I could not be happier! The color is perfect, I love the highlights and the rooting.
