Human Hair Shipping
- For ready-to-wear orders, please allow 2-5 business days for shipping once you’ve placed your order.
- For preorders please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping.
- For custom orders please allow 6-8 weeks for shipping.
- After the shipping label is created you will receive a tracking number to the email or phone number provided.
- All packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Receiver is responsible for any Duty Customs or Import charges.
- All additional charges based on the receiver’s country are out of our control and are the sole responsibility of the receiver.
- If your package is lost in transit, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to contact the carrier you chose at checkout to locate the package.
- It is highly recommended to purchase additional insurance for your package. Email us at thecollectionbykimberly@gmail.com to purchase additional package insurance.
- Kimberly’s Collection reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any time.
- Once your package has left Collections by Kimberly. We are no longer responsible for delays or scan holdups. If you have scan/delay issues, please contact USPS.

FREE shipping on synthetic wigs within the USA on all orders using USPS Priority Mail Service.
Collections by Kimberly is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please reach out to thewigcollectionbykimberly@gmail.com before your item is shipped.
