Synthetic Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • All US orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service. 
  • Please allow 3-7 business days to process and ship your order. 
  • If shipping to HA, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, please allow 10-12 business days. 
  • A tracking number will be sent to the email on file once your item has shipped.

 Shipping Delays

  • Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, inclement weather or carrier delays.
  • Many holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when estimating shipping times.

Synthetic Hair Piece Returns & Refunds

  • To start a return please first, please reach out via email to hello@collectionsbykimberly.com or DM @kimberlys_collection on Instagram within the first 7 days, from the first day of receipt to initiate a return request or exchange. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Once you have communicated with Collections by Kimberly regarding your return, you have 30 days from the date you received your wig to complete said return.
  • The synthetic wig must be in the same condition as you receive it in (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odors.
  • Tag must still be intact.
