I received the BEST customer service and Love the wigs i purchased. The Harper 23 is comfortable , with a medium density , beautiful colors and realistic lace front and adjustable bands . I am 21 inches circumference so i am never sure about average caps but this fits just fine! I did cut a fringe on the Harper and it looks great! Kimberley is a gem service provider. If your on the fence about it, dont be. You will LOVE your new luxe synthetic hair!

I can’t say enough about Kimberly and how absolutely amazing she is. I have never purchased a wig ( nor anything that costs so much), online from a total stranger. She is no longer a stranger! She was kind enough to call me and even do FaceTime calls. Trying to figure out color and size from pictures is not easy! Add to that, I had an event I needed this for in a big hurry. Not only did she work tirelessly with me, but down to the wire on time she even managed to get it cut, colored and sent overnight! While I am still working with some issues on my end, they are truly things that I am responsible for. She went above and beyond to make this happen for me. If you are hesitating because this is scary or because you don’t trust a site that you don’t know, please don’t!! I have already reached out to begin the process of buying a second one!
